Monday 5-19

We checked 19-1 and 19-3 workbook and I collected textbooks and cd's today.  Students should have finished 20-1 workbook in class if they were working and using time wisely.

Textbooks are $56 and cd's are $15 if they lost theirs.

Friday

We watched  an electricity vdeo.

Thursday

We took a vocab quiz and completed 19-3 workbook.

Wednesday

We played songs using PVC pipe!!!

Vocab for 19-1, 19-3, 20-1, 20-3 and workbook for 19-1 was worked on in class today.  There is a vocab quiz tomorrow.

Tuesday

We took the post-test today

Important dates for the rest of the year.

5/13 Benchmark for 15-1 to 15-3, 16-1 to 16-4 and 18-1 to 18-4 is Tuesday.

5/19 Dell lab for electricity and magnetism.

5/22 Electricity and magnetism test chapter 19-1,19-3,20-1,20-3.  (We will not go in too much depth with these.)

5/22 all textbooks($51.47) and cd roms($15) are due for turn in.  Extra credit for turning in the CRCT practice book and text workbook for recycling.

Monday 5-12

We will check all work from last week and will complete the chapter assessment for chapter 16.

Benchmark for 15-1 to 15-3, 16-1 to 16-4 and 18-1 to 18-4 is Tuesday.

Thursday

Today we looked at the parts of the ear with a 3-D model, 2 sheets and 16-4 wkbk.  All work is due on Monday.

Friday is Field Day--Think of me today as I am going to be in the dunk tank!!!!!!!

Wednesday

We watched a short video on sound and talked about the Decibel scale.  We compared the speed of sound to the speed of light.

Tuesday

We checked 16-3 wkbk and did the discover on page 498.
