4TH QUARTER INFO
For those of you who are new to PE this nine weeks, welcome. For those of you who have had PE this school year, welcome back. We will be engaging in numerous activities and life-long sports that include, but are not limited to, the following: recreational games, lacrosse, track/field events, soccer, flag football, ragball, wiffleball, fitness center, and team building activities
We will also continue Fitness Fridays. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO RUN THE PACER ON A WEEKLY BASIS! We will also run the mile this 9-weeks (weather permitting). The objective is for you to be able to increase your cardiovascular endurance each week
